Talented 3 1/2 month old

She is just so darn good at looking cute...

She is a pro-fess-ion-al at blowing bubbles.

Here's a close up.

Sleeping...got that down pat.

For those of you who are keeping track of Rosie's everyday progress, here is an edge-of-your-seat, absolutely, adorable video to keep you occupied for the next 1 min. 55 sec. Rosie is demonstrating her baby ventriloquist skills.

Visit from Grammy, cookies, and Ft. Henry

I don't know how this happened, but we had a visit from Grammy for 10 days and didn't get one single picture with Grammy in it!!  However, we have lots of pictures of evidence that Grammy was here:

Picture #1:  This isn't what you think.  Hee hee.  This is actually a big blob of double chocolate chip cookies.  We made 9 batches of cookie dough and froze them.  Now whenever we need some Grammy cookies, we just go down to the freezer and cook 'em up!

Picture #2:  Many messes were made while Grammy was here.

Picture #3:  Still in pajamas half way through the day, making their own mess in the kitchen.  Definitely Grammy's doing.

Picture #4-16:  We took a day trip to Baltimore and Inner Harbor.  Grammy was meeting with some friends down at Inner Harbor in this picture.  So she is actually in the background somewhere.  We are atop the hill at Fort Henry.

This hill was much steeper than this picture portrays.

Picture #17:  Evidence that Grammy was here---new toys!!  Now I have a couple of cowboys on my hands.  Thanks for the great visit, Grammy.  Hope to see you at Christmas!!

3 month Rosie

Getting ready for a bath in the sink.  I used to bathe her in the bathroom sinks but she got too big.  Now she is even too big for the kitchen sink and so I just fill up the tub a little bit and she loves to lay down and kick in the water.  Love love loves bath time!!

All smiles.

On her 3 month birthday.

How could we not "Bee Happy" around this little one??!!

These are the moments...

...that make me so proud. My little boy is growing up. He can read now. And along with reading comes a whole new level of art and writing. I'm so excited for what is to come!!

An explanation:
I am the pink person in the middle. I have a nice big purple smile, circles for hands and feet with very prominent phalanges and a seagull-looking hairdo. I am steering a sail boat with a brown steering wheel that is reinforced with many spokes. Below are blue waves. There are clouds in the background with a BLAZING sun. It says (read bottom to top, of course):
SHELLY
FROM
CHARLIE

The "FUN" is a mess-up on "FRUM" but it fits nicely because it looks like I'm having loads of fun!

kick kickin'

This is mostly for Grammy who still needs to meet this little girl.

Thank heaven for little girls

She is already changing so much!
