The annual Sakura festival in D.C. was a great time this year. The weather was perfect, the blossoms in full bloom, and everyone else and their dog was there to see them too! We walked a lot, had some frozen lemonade, got a little sun, and slept the whole way home.
The magnolia tree under which we ate our lunch.
("Get your fingers out of your mouth.")
We pretend tasted all sorts of flavors of "popcorn"...blueberry, apple, lemon, cherry. How strange that these trees were growing popcorn!!
With the wagon in tow, we were the envy of young and old alike. We were the only wagon out there! Much more fun than a stroller. (Charlie dressing himself to match the wagon: total serendipity.)
My favorite picture of all.
